Clean, nice area
Room smelled smoked in but not bad
The beds were very comfortable.
We booked thru Booked.net and booked two Queen suites(paid extra) but only got a regular room. Comfort inn said it was Booked.net's error. Lots of fingerpointing between both. After spending over an hour on the phone I got tired of fighting. We did get ~$65 off, but paid over $140 more for the suites. We were not satisfied with the resolution. Comfort Inn staff didn't seem to care.
The room we were given was not as described. The smell of smoke was so bad I went and bought fabreeze and it still didn't help.
Comfortable bed, hot shower, good location, decent breakfast, first floor room, easy and quick check in and check out
Bathroom- updated counter; but floor, trim and tub could have used more attention Booking indicated a couch, but a chair was in he room instead
Clean . Staff was very nice. Best place we've stayed in Cincinnati thus far. Enjoyable.
Pricey. Didn't get the room we had booked. Booked a queen suite. Got 2 queens with a microwave and frig. No pullout or kitchenette like we saw in the pic we rented.
Extremely affordable when compared to other hotels in the area. Clean rooms and relatively quiet hallways.
While I realize the breakfast is "free" the eggs and biscuits and gravy were served cold. Leading me to assume it's not made fresh. The coffee however was 5 star.
The bed was comfortable
The online picture showed a separate seating area.
Location was awesome, next to everything I needed and right off of I-75 so I could get to Dayton and Cincinnati with ease. Staff was courteous and helpful. Loved the fact the room had a microwave.
The room was too dry and there's no way to open the window or get the AC to just cycle some outside air. Also for a 2 star hotel, the price was too high. But I was in a pinch and needed to be in this exact area.
When we checked in, I corrected some information that was wrong on our room. I stated that we had one child under 2. At this point, we left our son with family and went to check in to our room so he was not with us. The woman behind the desk asked us where is our kid and if we shoved him in our bags.....They assigned us to a room that was across the hall from a boys traveling baseball team. We entered the room to find wet pool towels in our bathroom and a giant bottle of cleaner on the tv stand. Our night was complete with the noise of boys running up and down halls as the doors slammed.
Asked for a non smoking room, got a smoking room. Called down and man said nothing else was available. We had to ask for a lowered rate, he didn't offer. When checking out, a woman repeatedly to my husband that she called me and I said it "whatever is fine" when she said non smoking was only thing left. No one ever called me. I would never agreed to that.
Proximity to my meeting location
Slightly dirty shower/tub
Liked the comfort of the room
Requested adjoining rooms over two months ago - suites. Front desk person was not knowledgeable and kept asking if I had called earlier to ensure the adjoining rooms. Then he said one room would have a sleeper sofa. It did not. We were charged for suites - and did not get suites. I will be requesting a credit.
